Version 0.2.10 Focus

Hello once again!

As you've probably noticed from the title of this post, I've decided to call the next release '0.2.10', instead of 0.3.0. I decided to do this as I want each 'major' iteration of version numbers to be an indication that a new area has been added, and I won't be able to get the Fields added for this next version.

What I'll be working on adding for this version is the content that I've promised to add from winning polls on Patreon, as well as the final content for Submission. My first goal is getting the non-slavery moving in content finished, as well as polishing and improving the random attacker scenes. I'll then move on to working on expanding the slavery content, adding Alexa & slavery alley content, and a few other things (listed below).

As mentioned in the hotfix post beneath this one, I'm not going to have enough time to get any meaningful content added for this Wednesday, so I'm going to move the github/Patreon progress update to Wednesday, 1st August. For that update, I should have most of the primary focus targets completed. I'll then move on to getting as many of the secondary targets done as I can, but some will undoubtedly carry over into the next version (which will be either 0.2.11 or 0.3.0).

So, to reiterate, the next update will be on the night of the 1st-2nd August, and will be a Patreon/github progress update. The full release will then be out the following week, on the night of the 8th-9th.

Focus for 0.2.10:

Main focus: Add in promised content
- Add a non-slavery way to get NPCs to move in with you.
- Expand slavery content. (Jobs, permissions, and management improvements.)
- Slaver Alley content (more shops and Alexa interactions).
- Add a nightclub variation where your partner is taking the leading role.
- Bug fixes and some other minor things.

Secondary focus:
This is extra content for once the main focus is finished. Not all of this will make it into 0.2.10.
- Add Axel's quest (will take place in the Rat Warren).
- Claire's quest (will include a way to have sex with her).
- Imp Fortresses (and finish imp encounters in Submission's tunnels).
- Add in modding framework for sex actions.

Things that need to be finished before 0.3.0:

- Finishing all the content in the secondary focus above.
- Improve sex action descriptions to factor in body parts. (Comparing penis size/girth to orifice capacity, using horns as handles during sex, adding size difference content, etc.)
- Main Quest content (with Lyssieth's palace).
- Add a way to buy Brax from Candi.
- Adding mod support for items and weapons.

Version 0.2.9.1 (Hotfix)

Hello everyone!

As there was a large bug in v0.2.9, I've made this hotfix to get it sorted, as well as to address some other bugs and issues with the AI in sex. As the alleyway attacker dialogue needs to be moved around and restructured for the non-slavery moving in content, I didn't have time to get that done for this hotfix. I will be working on that over the week ahead.

Speaking of which, two and a half days isn't enough time for me to get any significant content added to the game, so I'm going to move the next github/Patreon release to the following week, on 1st-2nd August. The full release will be out a week after that, on the 8th-9th.

I'll make a more detailed post about my plans tomorrow.

Added vaginal urethra modification options to slime and demon transform menus.

NPCs in the nightclub can now be any age from 18 to 45. Other NPCs' age range is now 18-45 (instead of 18-38).

Slightly reduced base values of arousal increases from sex actions, and limited arousal gains/turn to a maximum of 15. (To prevent huge arousal increase/turn when in a group sex scene.)

Reduced chance of NPCs spawning with non-natural hair colours from 20% to 10%.

Sex AI:

NPCs should no longer use non-penis-related anal actions unless they have the anal fetish. (So now they shouldn't finger your/their ass, unless they love anal actions.)

Fixed issue where NPCs would take their own anal, nipple, and oral virginity.

NPCs should now correctly prioritise vagina+penis actions if they have pregnancy or impregnation fetishes.

NPCs should be less likely to perform self-penetration actions before penetrating their partner.

Fetishes are now taken into account for when NPCs are deciding what penetrative action to use.

NPCs will now prefer to perform actual penetration actions once past their 'foreplay' stage. This should reduce the amount of hotdogging, paizuri, and thigh sex from NPCs that don't have an associated fetish.

Hello everyone! ^^

Once again, I underestimated the amount of old code that needed to be refactored in order to finally get a real threesome sex scene working. I originally hoped to have it all done by Sunday night, but only managed to finally get it working properly a few hours ago. As a result, this version has not been thoroughly tested for bugs, and, considering the amount of engine reworking I had to do, it's likely that there are some hiding away somewhere.

I anticipate that I'll have to make a hotfix for this release, which will be out within the next 4 days (by Sunday night). I'll try to have the non-slavery NPC moving in content, as well as the Slaver Alley & Alexa content added for that as well. Sorry that they didn't make it into tonight's release. Also, the new alleyway attacker sex scenes are not 100% polished, so there might be inconsistencies in some of the dialogue, as well as the forced TF content not being available when you have a companion with you. I will get this sorted out for the hotfix.

0.2.9 Progress

Hello again! ^^

I just wanted to give you all a quick update on what's likely to make it in for the release tomorrow. I expect to have 0.2.9 ready for the early hours of Thursday morning (as usual), at about 06:00 UTC.

Over the past few days I've been busy working on adding the first proper NPC-on-NPC sex scene, as well as adding glory holes for the nightclub, getting numerous bugs fixed, and adding a few other minor things. The NPC-on-NPC sex work revealed several underlying issues in the sex engine (mainly issues with lubrication, area reveals, requests, and orgasms), which took me a while to sort out. I finished working on those issues last night, so for the rest of this evening/night, I'm going to be working on adding the rest of the sex scene and making sure it's all working properly.

I've decided to use the 'Dominion alleyway attacker' encounter for this sex scene, and will also use them as the first NPC type to have 'non-slavery moving in' available. I'm hoping to have that done by the end of tonight, but there's a good chance it will run over into tomorrow. If everything goes smoothly, I'll be able to add in the Slaver Alley content and slavery improvements, but I can't promise that will be done in time. I'm also not going to have time to add the nightclub variation where you're getting led around by your partner, so that will have to be pushed back to v0.3. The sex action modding framework will also have to wait, as the NPC-on-NPC support needs to all be totally finished before I can get that done.

So, to summarise, what I hope to have in for 0.2.9 is:

Will be done:
- A group sex scene as a test for NPC-on-NPC actions. (Using the dominion alleyway attacker.)
- Bug fixes.
- A non-slavery way to get the Dominion alleyway attacker NPCs to move in with you. (Will be expanded to all NPCs once I've got this initial framework sorted.)
- Glory holes for the nightclub. (Both servicing and using.)

If I have time:
- Expanded slavery content. (Jobs, permissions, and management improvements.)
- Slaver Alley content (more shops and Alexa interactions).

So, once again, that should be out at about 06:00 UTC on Thursday morning. ^^

Version 0.2.8.5 Progress Update

Hello again! ^^

I've (finally) managed to get all of the sex actions converted to the NPC-on-NPC system, so, with that all done, I'll now be able to move on and add the first proper threesome scene for the full release next week. ^^

Finishing off all those conversions, as well as doing several bug fixes, took up all of my time these past three days, so unfortunately I didn't manage to get any significant content added. I'll get started tomorrow on adding the threesome and glory hole scenes, and will try to get the sex action modding framework set up alongside that. I want to have all that finished by Friday, so that I can then move on to adding the non-slavery NPC moving in content, as well as the Slaver Alley & Alexa content.

Unless there's a huge game-breaking bug in this version that requires a hotfix, the next release will be in the early hours of Thursday, 19th July. :3

Version 0.2.9 Focus

Hello again! :3

For the next version, I want to focus on finishing the NPC-on-NPC sex action conversions, which will (finally) allow me to create some proper group sex scenes. This will involve converting the final five large sex action groups (hotdogging, paizuri, thigh-sex, and penis/vaginal urethral actions), as well as then going through all the smaller miscellaneous classes and converting those as well. Once that's all done, I'll need to make some minor changes to the sex AI, as they're going to need to be able to choose which person they want to interact with each turn.

After all of that conversion work is done, I'll add a sex scene for post-combat losses, where NPCs will choose to have sex with both you and your companion. I'll use this sex scene as a test to make sure it's all working correctly, and once I'm happy that it's in a workable state, I'll be able to add imp gangbangs, a Lilaya+Rose threesome, and a Kruger+Kalahari threesome. (All of those will be for the version after 0.2.9.)

I'd also like to get started on adding some of the content I've promised to add. Making a way to get NPCs to move in with you without enslaving them is top of this list, so I'll get started on adding that first. I'd also like to get some slavery content improvements done for 0.2.9, as well as adding content for Alexa and slaver alley, and then for the next version I'll move on to writing in some more Submission content. I want to get all of Submission finished before adding in the next part of the main quest, as it will lead into the next area (the Fields), and I don't want to move on to adding a new area without first finishing Submission. I'll also try and pick up the rate of art commissions over the next few versions. ^^

The next update will, as usual, be in the early hours of Thursday morning (12th July), and will be a Patreon/github progress update. I should have the NPC-on-NPC sex actions all converted for that update, as well as getting a lot of bugs fixed. I'll then move on to working on the rest of this version's targets for the full release the following week, which will be out in the early hours of the 19th.

Focus for 0.2.9:

Version 0.2.8.1 (Hotfix)

Update: There was a major bug in v0.2.8.1 that was causing the game to lock-up when orgasming. I've fixed this and updated the download links below with v0.2.8.2. (I have also appended the patch notes to the bottom of this post.)

For this hotfix, I've sorted out all of the major sex scene bugs that you've reported, as well as writing in all of the nightclub's descriptions. I plan on adding a few more things to the club (including gloryholes and a way to let your partner take charge and lead you around), which will hopefully make it into the next version (alongside finally getting all the NPC-on-NPC support finished, and adding some proper threesomes). ^^
